▣ In case of passenger trapped – we provide 24 hrs. 7days services. Normal response time is within 20-30 minutes after the message is received.
▣ Breakdowns – All days 9 AM to 9 PM
▣ In case of emergency before 9 AM and after 9 PM – Please contact customer engineer / Area Manager – anyone.
▣ Normal breakdowns will be attended on the same day on regular working days within 2 - 4 hrs. & the same is applicable for Sunday & Holiday.
▣ In case of Breakdown due to the requirement of spare parts failure for fast-moving consumable items, the lift will be recommissioned on the same day or latest by the next working day.
▣ In case of Major part failure or repair work, the lift will be recommissioned depending on the nature of work.
▣ For Imported Elevators parts – Rectification depends on the availability of material.
